This CPD module details the pathophysiology, presentation, and medical diagnosis and management approaches to Crohn’s disease. It incorporates the latest European guidelines and clinical approaches.
The risk factors, signs and symptoms, and complications of Crohn’s disease are addressed, as is the step-wise treatment of the condition – both pharmacological and non-pharmacological. The module also highlights the patient burden of the disease and the need for holistic care.
