The aim of this online module is to explore the diagnosis, patient education, medications and nursing management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in early disease using the ‘treat-to-target’ approach. This module will also highlight clinical issues that can cause barriers to adequate disease control such as gaining patients’ trust, managing expectations and family planning.
